PAYMENT: paypal is the only form of online payment as this is safest for both cutekawaii and yourself - if you do not have a paypal account, and wish to purchase an item, paypal money requests can be sent to your email address, and this means you DO NOT need a paypal account to pay - just a bank/debit/credit card. Please contact cutekawaii on sarahhh_xo@hotmail.co.uk with the details of the item(s) you would like, if you wish to pay in this form! Before custom items are produced, a full payment is taken. This is a precaution taken by cutekawaii because of past experiences. Please make sure all of your information (address and case information) is completely correct before purchasing as this is down to you and will be your responsibility.
POSTAGE: IF THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED WAS PREMADE: your item will be posted out within 7 days of purchasing. uk customers should please allow 7 - 10 working postal days for the item to arrive. Overseas customers should please allow up to 4-5 weeks. CUSTOMS CHARGES OR TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. These charges are your responsibility if you're charged when importing products from overseas. IF THE ITEM WAS A CUSTOM DESIGN: if the item is a custom item which cutekawaii needs to make from scratch, please allow time for the case to arrive and the production process time, before shipping it out. The day your payment has cleared, your case shell is ordered. Some of the cases are from the UK, so postage of the case is fast, and arrives in stock usually within 5 days. Some other cases are from overseas, and these have actually taken up to 4 weeks to arrive in stock. Once your case has arrived in stock it will be made and posted within 3 weeks DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF ORDERS CUTEKAWAII GETS. postage/shipping back to you depends on your location... UK customers will see their package within 3 days of postage. Overseas customers will see their package within 4 weeks of postage. The standard time for overseas postage is 10- 14 days, but can take longer due to customs, and this is why the post office advises a 4 week period. Proof of postage is always obtained. BREAKAGES in the post will not be held responsible by cutekawaii as all items are packaged the same. Bulky phone cases are sent in a postage box and flat cases are sent in a padded envelope with ample amounts of bubble wrap. cutekawaii will not be responsible for the loss of the package once the item has been passed to Royal Mail. Proof of postage is always obtained as evidence of your item and a return address is always given, so under no circumstances will refunds be given. You are responsible for providing cutekawaii with the correct address you need your item sending to. If you require a tracking number, please request one before a full payment is made as these are more expensive.
QUALITY: as the items are handmade, the quality of the case may not be to "shop" standards as they have not been mass produced. Each item and gem is stuck on piece by piece, so you need to be very careful with the case/product as it will not withstand being thrown about or put into tight pockets as this will snag the gems/deco and THEY WILL come off. A care sheet is provided with each phone case order, so be sure to read this. If you feel you have been very careful with your case/product, yet a lot of gems have come off, or some damage has been caused, cutekawaii will offer to replace the gems/items but the postage will need to be paid by yourself to initially return the case for repairs.
ERRORS: cutekawaii will not be responsible for incorrect details being given, as this will be your fault. Please make sure that the model of the phone/ipod/device case is provided, and if you are not 100% sure, provide a picture so that the correct case can be purchased and customised. The correct case needs to be purchased so that the cut out holes for your phone are available and accessible on the case. cutekawaii will make exceptions in certain cases, like if the case does not fit your phone and this is due to cutekawaii's error.
HAZARDS: Small pieces may be hazardous to young children, and cutekawaii will not be held responsible for the mistreatment of small items provided with your order.
